Character Bio

Peace.

To bring peace has been my goal, from the start. As a young fool, I thought evil was the source of suffering, that peace could come through "justice." Such naivete.

The truth found me, in my struggle for peace, in a way I'd never imagine. I was ambushed by an enemy, overpowered in my weakness. Night by night, for unending time (it seemed) I was subjected to abherrant science.

I longed for death, yet they kept me on the brink of life. Their trials gave me new power, unbeknownst to them. Life and death swirled through me; I could see it, feel it, CONTROL it. Channeling the bright energy of my life into my hands, and shrouding myself in death's darkness, I was free.

They fought, but it was futile. I looked about, and the truth was revealed: life had kept me suffering, and there, in their still forms, I saw true peace. I had fought for justice, but no peace had come-yet here it was, at last. I vowed that day to become the deathsman, an executioner of grace, bringing lasting rest to the world.
