Character Bio

Baron Mesmer was born in the 18th century at the height of the occult rage and was swept up by it.  The difference was, he and his wife were able to eventually discern true magical phenomena from the false.Eventually he learned to use this knowledge to influence the minds of others and, on occassion, curse his enemies in battle to gain an edge.  In a climactic battle with his archrival they were cast from their time and into the modern era of Paragon City.Fortunately he had laid in plans for if he had been cast to the dimensional ether and left strands of hair with a retainer.  When something called DNA was extracted from it he was able to prove his identity and reclaim what remained of his forutune.  Seeking a place in this new era he has registered as a hero and set out to do as he had doen before...Protect the innocent from the evils in the night!
