Character Bio

Justin Hopkins was born in Atlas Park, Paragon city with the ability to create, control, or absorb all forms of electricity. Although trained to control his powers he was reluctant to use them, he went 3 years without so much as an arc between his fingers. That all changed July 24, 2007.  The Rikti were once again invading Paragon City. At first Justin didn't help. But after a week of listening to reports of the attacks Justin just couldn't stand it anymore. His Heroics drew the attention of the prestigious group known as the Legends of Justice. He was invited to join, and he did, shortly after starting his career as a hero. With his newfound friends he has dediicated himself to protecting the world against any threat.
