Julie had been the smallest in her class back in her hometown of Isabella, MI. Frustrated with the possibility of living in a dead-end world; Julie designed a machine that wouldturn air into pure energy. Julie grabbed first train she could to Paragon. Once there, Julie decided to take the name Jewel Isabella, relying on her hometown and her invention.
After the portals closed and the Rikti dwindled, Julie hung up her suit and put
away her invention, settling into an apartment in Founder's Falls.
A few months later, Julie found herself in the middle of another war, but this one she wanted no part of. She got caught in the crossfire, being left for dead in an alley.
Suddenly, she saw a light form in the corner of her eye, and it seemed to speakto her. It was then that Julie learned of the Kheldians, and their war. It was then that Julie's life changed forever.
Julie dusted off her old suit and decided to reenlist as a hero under a new name.
