Character Bio

Olivia Miles was a quiet woman. Most of the people who knew her couldn't even describe the sound of her voice. As nice as she was, no one really knew her, especially her secret obsession -- Statesman! Her tiny Paragon apartment has become a shrine to Statesman. She's got action figures, news clippings, and even a blade of grass upon which Statesman once stood. Unable to control her fascination, she signed up for the Statesman cruise, which left from Paragon and went to Europe, where Statesman first got his powers. Want to be his biggest fan, Olivia kept deviating from the cruise's designated tour areas. During one such detour she found fell down a hole and found herself near the Well of Furies, the same place where Statesman was granted his powers. Needless to say, she acquired the same powers and returned to Paragon City determined to get Statesman's attention.
