Character Bio

Lisa Madison was a reserved and quiet librarian. When not working she spent most of her time reading through ancient tomes and books of spells she found fascinating. Lisa also enjoyed visiting the local zoo with its exotic wildlife and lush landscaped gardens. One hot August day as she was studying spells on harnessing the power of electricity while strolling past the Rhesus monkey exibit, one excited monkey started flinging poo at people walking by. Lisa, reading and unaware, was struck by the flying fecies. Though normally an animal lover, Lisa became enraged and without realizing, struck the monkey down with a bolt of lightning. That day Electra was born. After realizing her power she felt it was her duty to protect the people of Paragon City, so she quit the library job and became a registered Hero.
