Born in the projects of Paragon City, Taffee Jones saw a lot of violence growing up. As she matured, she discovered a discarded black heart patch in an alley. When she wore it, she noticed that she had the power to make people love instead of hate. Now, she's bringing her big justice to the mean streets of Paragon.
