Ophidius Rex is a scientist of nearly unparalleled lunacy, a man whose very identity and humanity has been all but obliterated.  He has remade himself in the image of his version of perfection: part reptile, part man, part machine.

With his nearly inexhaustible army of robots, he plans to become THE preeminent mad scientist of the Rogue Isles... with luck that means he can take Dr. Aeon down a notch or three.
