Reached 50 at 2308 on 14/12/06, after far too many hours...

When he was 15, Jack Robertson was in a catastrophic car crash with his family. His parents were badly injured, and his 6-year old sister was killed. Jack was horrified, and such was the force of his distress that he tapped into his latent mutant empathic abilities, and brought his sister back to life, and himself and his parents to perfect health. His father was even cured of his heart trouble. It was as though their bodies had been rebuilt from the ground up. However, in returning his sister to life, he had unknowingly sacrificed a portion of his soul. This sacrifice later manifested itself in an ability to control a certain amount of netherworld energy. Everytime Jack resurrects someone, he loses a little more of his soul, and his dark powers become stronger. He has chosen to use his powers for good, taking the moniker GeneJack, but how long it will be until he loses his soul completely and turns to evil, even he cannot know.
