Character Bio

Dusty Death is visiting Primal Earth to study the ability of humans to gain powers. Its leadership is afraid that the powers exhibited by such warlike creatures could pose a threat to their own civilization. The fact that the repeated inter-dimensional and interplanetary invasions that Earth has suffered has only seemed to increase the rate of meta-human occurance has not been at all reassuring to them. They are afraid if they attempt to do something themselves to curb the expansion of humans gaining powers, it will only lead to a farther increase in the rate.

Dusty took a form that will be pleasing to the eyes of humanity, in order to better fit in and perhaps find a way for its race and humanity to co-exist. Preferably without conflict.
