(RP) I didn't -always- look like this, you know.

I was once Mittens, the spoiled, pampered cat of a local fortuneteller.  I was doted upon, well cared-for, and got to help part gullible fools from their money by pretending I was really her magical familiar.  Pretty sweet gig, it was.

*pauses to groom self* Oh...where was I?  Oh, yes.  How did I end up like this, you ask?  Let's just say that you should never mistake a rival witch's magical herbs for catnip, then get a bit peckish afterward and try to devour her pet parrot.  She might retaliate in ways you won't like very much.

I can't say I'm very happy with the new changes...turns out, your mistress will kind of freak out when her sweet kitty turns into a gryphon.  This new change has -seriously- cut back on my time spent lazing in sunbeams, let me tell you, what with the 'Aah! Monster!' and people trying to kill me, too. Sigh...
