Character Bio

Robin Anthony grew up in King's Row watching as the gangs intimidated the locals and kept getting away with crimes depite the best efforts of the local heroes.  He always wondered why no gang was ever created to fight back against the criminal gangs.
He managed to graduate from college with degrees in sociology and communications.  He returned to Paragon City just in time to see the arrival of the Shivans and has organized a group of former gang members who were fed up with the lifestyle to work together to improve the lives of the citizens of Paragon City.
His secret weapon is his inate ability to modify sound in a limited fashion.
