Character Bio

Not many men become widows, because not many men can survive the process, not matter what psychic gifts they may possess. Joseph Felding was believed to be one of the exceptions, but proved not to be on the day he led a raid on a Circle of Thorns enclave. Captured, the cultists tried to use Joe as a host for one of their elders, but the psionic backlash via the widow mind-link drove the spirit out, and drove Felding quite mad.

He now serves a 'higher purpose', in leading an eclectic cult to oppose the Circle of Thorns at every opportunity, as well as the Luddites, and other religious fanatics Joe sees as a threat to the fuzzy bunny slippers he worships.

So long as those goals do not bring him into conflict with Arachnos, Lord Recluse seems to regard the Cult of the Fuzzy Bunny Slippers as an amusing distraction to keep his agents and his enemies on their toes.
