Every crossroad creates a new reality.
In the prime world of Paragon, the death of Therra Arcson's partner made her go on, taking the name of Paladina, fighting and eventually getting him back.
In another, she turned, stricken with grief and rage, focusing her powers inward and taking out her sorrow on an entire world. The name of the doctrine, and the name she chose - Vindicta.
A desperate world chose the lesser of two evils, combining portal tech and her world's Circle mages to send her away.
She vowed to conquer this world - and make hers pay.
