Dr. Hault, or Dr Bryan Hault as he's more properly known, is quite new to the field of 'super heroism'. A former Crey scientist, he left his position to pursue his field of physics independantly, free of the knowledge that his finding may lead to a great deal of crime problems.

His latest findings are also possibly his most dangerous. Dr.Hault pioneered a project that saught to manipulate two of the key aspects of the 'trinity' of cosmic constants, in this case time and energy. The two were much more closely related than originally anticipated, and Dr.Hault created a suit that will allow for the use of something called 'fault zero subset manipulation'. By crumbling the time constant to as close to zero as possible, with his hidden method, in certain particles like nitrogen, Dr.Hault could functionally cease energy flow and freeze objects in what seems like ice.

Dr. Hault has possibly perfected the most effective and non-lethal criminal apprehension device yet.
