Kabechet, Daughter of Anubis, the Snake Goddess of purification through water.  My role has always been that of solace, the purifier, aiding my father in the funeral rites for those who have passed beyond the realm of the living.  Now, I find myself here, at my father's will and command, much removed from all that I have known.  Shall my role change, with my surroundings?  Perhaps so....
