Character Bio

Ernie Turner was the fastest man in high school. When his powers developed, he realized he could break every track speed record, and he did with ease. After the Rikti attack, he came to Paragon City to see what he could do to help. Realizing that the tram wasn't fast enough for most heroes, Ernie decided to put his powers of movement to good use. Taking the name "Limousine" He's now determined to get those heroes out there to where they need to be as fast as possible.
