Character Bio

Growing up in Harlem wasn't easy for Julius Douglas. Not being of large physical stature, he was
usually the butt of many jokes. Until he saw the Light. The Light told him "boy, get out there and
put your pimpin skills to work". And thats what Julius did. He set out to become the biggest pimp in
Harlem. He had a lot of run ins with other pimps in the city, but he kept his cool. When the Rikti
attacked Paragon City, he saw an oppurtunity. He was gonna become the first pimp in Paragon after
rebuilding. So he moved to Paragon City only to find out there wasnt anyone to pimp in Paragon. So
nows hes stuck with no way to get back. Whats a brotha to do?
