Character Bio

While going about my research at the University I ran across a strange fellow.  We had a difficult time communicating at 1st being he is from an era some millenia past.  May I introduce Nigel het Minmarciae.  After some searching of ancient texts he learned today's language.

Now we could talk I found out he's well versed in Storm Summoning, but his Electric powers are new to him.  As I'm just starting my path of protecting Paragon City I have a lot to learn as well.  Mainly in the same powers as my new chum, as Ice is a family legacy.  I'm not sure where my Electric powers arose from. 1 of the things I was studying was my family tree to discover the new part of my heritage.

I have explained the state of what is going on with the Rikti and Paragon City.  Nigel has decided to join me in protecting the citizens.........and of course learning all about what ice is all about.&nbs
