Character Bio

Born in New York City, Shandi Klein grew up with dreams of making a name for herself in the Rock-n-Roll scene. Performing with a band in a club one night, her powers manifested resulting a brilliant display of electricity that wow'ed the crowd, and put a serious hurt on her bandmates. It was originally chalked up as a weird electrical discharge from the equipment, until Shandi realized later that she could power her guitar without plugging it in. Months passed and Shandi's life changed when a battle on the streets of New York City would force her to use her powers to protect the local citizens. It wasnt long after that she was recruited by a hero named "Ronin" and her life as the hero "Live Wire" began. She met the hero "Blackstar" and the two slowly fell in love. After the Rikti attack on Paragon City, she has devoted herself to seeing that the citizens are kept safe. Even with her non-stop life as a hero, she still manages to find time to strum an old six-string.
