Baltimore hails from....Baltimore. Imagine that! A gifted techie at heart, She's always on the lookout for the next coolest and awesome gadget to make its way on the market. And if it doesn't show up onthe market, she'll make it. Her father being an electronics whiz himself saw oppurtunity when he moved the family to Paragon City to try to get a position at Crew Industries. Not wanting to follow her father into the corporate bubble, she took the streets, doing side jobs as a techie, and lifting any tech she could get her hands on freely and turn it around to make a profit. Lately, she's been seen in the Rogue Isles, trying to grab some of the goodies Arachnos might have tucked away in some hidden lab somewhere.
