Dabbling on the fringes of the Freakshow's world, Pretty in Punk and her sister helped 'liberate' some weapons system and self-repairing cybernetics from a Crey Paragon Protector development lab. It was only after an unfortunate accident involving a ruptured Voltaic Tank power core than they discovered exactly how self-repairing the cybernetics were.
