An Elemental magically chained to a Clockwork body; she was one of the prototypes for a Clockwork army. The project was abandoned when it was shown that Elementals were uncontrollable and most did not thrive in their metal prisons.
Stronger than the others because the metal helped with conductivity, she survived and now will find a way to punish those who would enslave the Elementals.
