Character Bio

Sgt. Davis Burke of the Paragon City Police Dept. stumbled across a magical artifact called the Audis Orb while investigating the Circle of Thorn's attempt to break into Magi's vault. Cursed by the Orb with a loud voice he could not control, Burke took up the mantle of Howler and joined the Hammers of Justice SWAT force hoping they could help him gain control of his newfound power.

Over time, Howler has mastered his powers and honed his own physical skills from police training. Able now to fight alongside other powerful heroes, Howler has changed his outlook on the curse, seeing it as a blessing. He vows to continue to use his power to protect the innocent and serve out justice to criminals.
