Greetings, you may call me Alistair Lovecraft, though that is not my name. In my line of work it is best not to let ones True Name become known, lest someone or something use it to gain power over you. I am a mage of the "fight fire with fire" school of thought, to explain..I use the forces of darkness against the forces of darkness. To this end I have studied forbidden lore & made pacts with Powers from the Netherworld to enhance my power. It is only my will, my sense of purpose that allows me to tap into the forces of darkness & not become corrupted by them. There are many who fear me & the power that I wield, many on both sides, Good & Evil. Should I ever fall to darkness, I entrust my friends in Black Chapter to end the threat that I would become.
