Character Bio

Once known as "The Lineman of the County" Louie suffered a devastating accident while repairing a downed powerline.. Not only were his face and psyche damaged, but he found that he was now endowed with a talent for manipulating electricity. Figuring that his unaided abilities weren't enough to help him live his dream of being a "Hero", he scavenged parts from the junk heap of his former workshop. The new suit harnessed and even magnified his new intrinsic abilities. Louie has now taken up the moniker of "Long Shock" to the despair of many a villain.
