Character Bio

Nikolai was once part of a Soviet super-program to develop metahuman soldiers. He is a former Spetsnaz Commando granted enhanced physical abilities & the ability to generate sub-zero cold. After the fall of the Soviet Union, Oktober Frost became depressed & withdrawn. His life had been dedicated to serving a government that no longer existed, he now lacked a purpose. He was contacted by a face from his past, another soldier of the Cold War, but one from the opposite side. This American was a former government & military man himself, & though they had been advisaries in the past, Frost respected the old warrior. He left his home in Mother Russia, comming to Paragon City,to join with Black Chapter in bringing his own version of "Cold War" to the criminals he finds.
