Because that would be just neat.  Who wouldn't want
to bottle a storm?  Add fire to that, because *anyone*
can combine electricity or ice with a storm.  Fire is a bit
more challenging.

But I've done it!  I've captured ignis essentialis and
tempestas essentialis.  The trick was to find the right
environment.  Then lots of work tunneling a lightning
rod up through a volcano.

Now I shall unleash the fire and winds, in the name
of Science
