Madrugada. The dark before the dawn. That's the name my Nictus side chose when we combined.

My human side is Dolores Perez. Yes, of THOSE Perezes. I was always a quiet child, not the media darling like my sister, who EVERYONE knows. She loves the limelight, the paparazzi; me, I always tried to hide in the shadows. So when one day, the shadows asked me if I wanted to join them, of course I said yes. Dad was so pissed! Like all he could care about was the scandal of his youngest daughter being a Warshade; not about how it affected me. He pulled me out of school, away from all my friends, and sent me to this Academy place just in time for my fifteenth birthday. I don't belong there like I'm just some criminal waiting to happen!
