Character Bio

This high-tech weapons designer & international Black Market arms dealer was wanted in numerous countries for the deaths & destruction his business has caused.
His origins & true identity are still unknown, despite his recent incarceration. His scheme involving the sale of 3 nuclear warheads to a small eastern European country (he had also rigged the warheads to be detonated on his command, so that he could profit from the country's rivals as well) was thwarted by a covert hero organization called Black Chapter. He was freed from the Zig where he awaited trial by the UN, & now desires to rebuild his powerbase & become a world-class threat once more.
