When the design schematics for the legendary Tin Mage were discovered in the Omega Team time capsule, it was only a matter of time before they were put to use. Replicating the wonder of a robot wizard turned out to be even more difficult than one might suppose, but at long last the first few successful descendants of the Tin Mage were created. Each embraced markedly different aspects of magic.

Babel Tin Mage was created as the first in a specifically offensive line of Tin Mages deemed necessary in the aftermath of Emporer Cole's gift of Incarnate might to his fanatical praetorian guard.   Harnessing the power of sound, Babel Tin Mage can soothe and protect his allies or pierce the defenses of his enemies with his specially modified auditory offense system.

In addition to the battle applications of his technology, Babel Tin Mage's advanced audio circuitry also allows him to record and mimic any sound, as well as serve as a rough translation matrix should a code or unknown language be encounter
