Character Bio

Subject: Katherine Simpler A.K.A. Phantasm
Born and raised in London England, the subject is an albino mutant that developed great powers of telepathy and telekinesis. Her powers manifested in high school. Her mind suddenly flooded with the thoughts of everyone around her. The sudden influx of "voices" overwhelmed her, and she soon developed a severe case of schizophrenia and extreme hostility. She was treated through therapy and eventually learned to control her powers, only the damage was already done. Her personality was already changed. She escaped the hospital and traveled to Paragon City, where she saw a trove of opportunity that she could plunder. She was finally caught by the group T.C.I. and imprisoned in the Ziggurat, where she was under constant watch from Magi, as well as being treated for her schizophrenia. She was broken out of the Zig by Arachnos and was last reported seen in the Rogue Isles, but any attempt to recapture her has failed.
