Shimizu Chiko is the creator of the Japanese noise duo, Nerve Insect. She has come to the Rogue Isles in search of open-minded audiences who will appreciate the bizarre, chaotic pieces she creates along with her guitarist, Matsouon. Chiko herself plays many instruments, but prefers keyboards. Nerve Insect has become more of an ensemble project during Chiko's stay on the Isles.
