Ellie Smith, as she was once known, came to the Technocracy following her husband's life changing accident. Seeing Caleb, the man she married, transformed into Firestarter 451, meant that days of researching storm phenomenom were about to change.
Ellie asked Doc White to give her the means to use the elements that she knew so well to aid her husband. The good doctor was able to make use of the research he had used to create the Firestarter suit., along with Ellie's own research of the elements, and those things combined to bring about the birth of Elliemental, Storm Summoning heroine!
