Character Bio

On Primal Earth, cesium-137 is a rare radioactive isotope that became more abundant following the aboveground nuclear testing of the 1950s.  In Praetoria, cesium-137 is much more prevalent due to the abundance of nuclear weapons detonated during the Korean War and beyond.  The Frank Winter of Praetorian Earth developed an armor that used cesium-137 as a power source.  Unlike the Chromium Man armor of Primal Earth, which incapacitates foes with thunderous blasts of electricity, the Cesium Man armor bathes enemies in atomic fire.
