Character Bio

Being one of the most knowledgeable and skillful doctors in the world, Doctor Jessie had saved millions of lives with her medical expertise.  She had been honored by hundreds of awards including an honorary Medal of Honor from the UN for her breakthrough vaccine that cured cancer. She has created countless medical techniques that have been able to allow other doctors to heal many injuries and cure illnesses very quickly and efficiently.

This however attracted unwanted attention from people who wanted her skills for other purposes. The Council had kidnapped her on her way home one night but they had not made it very far before an Angel had stopped them before they got me back to one of their bases.

The Angel then gave me some of her power and taught me how to use that power to heal others with it.  She had also taught me how to protect myself using illusions. So now I help the heroes of the City by empowering them to put away people who would harm others.
