Character Bio

One of the youngest professors at the University in Paragon City, Dr. Raymond Pernickel would be considered one of the top authorities in theoretical physics, were it not for the controversial status of many of his theories.  Most of his ideas have been dismissed by the scientific community at large as many of his supposed 'results' have been unreproducable by his peers.  However, his success in the field of kinetic manipulation is difficult to ignore when he moonlights as the hero Intelligence.
