While she now wears stolen designer Italian shoes, Ciara was not always a thief.
Once a bratty little girl she grew up with the best training from the Italian Mafia. She has an extremely rich taste, and learns to play with very large knives - they make less noise than guns, of course. While practicing blending into the background, she overhears a hit on her, and fakes her own death. Doing so, she turns herself homeless and broke, so she uses her charms to get into a museum. Due to her prior training, stealing something so out in the open was easy, and thus opened her tastes to gain more and more.
