Character Bio

Alec Matterdon lived an average life in Northern Utah, up until the day he was struck by lightning while on an afternoon run.  Seeminly unharmed, Alec ran from the crowd that had gathered and made his way home.

Alec began noticing that electronics were disrupted whenever he was around.  Cell phones wouldn't work and radio and television transmissions were filled with static.  It wasn't until a bolt of lightning shot from his arm and blew up his TV that he realized he would need some help.

Alec promptly moved to Paragon City, Rhode Island, a well known haven for meta-humans.  There he met Roger Calhoun, a man who would soon become an advisor, a mentor, and a friend.  It was Roger who helped Alec understand and control his powers.

Today, Alec is known as the Hero O-Mega Man.  Paragon is his home, it's people are his people, and he would die to defend them.
