Character Bio

Havoc was human at one point.  An unfortunant accident caused when he was 8 made him this way.  He was not developing in the program like his parents had hoped.  He was always lagging behind everyone.  Havoc ran away to escape the torment.  He was chased down but fell off a roof  on a highrise in Paragon City.  While he was falling he expected that he would die.  This did not happen.  He was taken to a research center which had been experimenting with Cybornetics and used Havoc to further their experiment.  70% of Havoc's body was destroyed in the accident.   With his new enhancements he surpassed expectations and manifested his dorment powers thru his cybernetics.  Surprising everyone including himself.
