in his Family days, he was known as "Manny the Mouth" for his sonic powers. that is, until the day he got crossed, and nailed with a bum rap. luckily for him, somehow the cops who picked him up knew he wasn't the one they were after, so Manny was able to cut a deal and turn states evidence. since then, he's been looking for the rat who bladed him -- payback is gonna be a bitch . . .
