Rama-Khan, the Conqueror Immortus, has existed in hundreds of time periods, across countless alternate realities, due to his status as a renegade time traveler. He claims to have been the majority of world conquerors from throughout history, as well as the future emporer of the United Terran Empire, though it may be possible that this has occured / will occur in some parallel timeline. Rama-Khan has only recently arrived in the modern age to begin building another empire, so that when the Coming Storm hits this time period, he will be poised to strike, taking over yet another era.
