Character Bio

Ray Tolado was a happy man. A low ranking job at a marine biological facility kept him content.
Then some men broke into the building late at night and kidnapped him. He woke up on a hospital bed surrounded by scientists busy working at monitors.

They had injected him with mutagens, crossing his DNA with an Electirc Fish native to the Rogue Island waters. The idea was to study the electrical properties of the fish, but the mutagen changed him to a giant fish form, able to discharge electricity in various ways. His spawning instincts have now drawn him home............
