This frightening visage is the last thing many of Paragon city's thugs see when they close their eyes at night. Salacious is the nightmare for the creatures who would wish themselves to be nightmares to others. Nothing is known about this figure who strides through the city. His ability (and eagernous) to slowly burn his enemies makes many people believe that he is the Devil himself, come to claim those who belong to him. Couple his fiery skills with his phenomanal strength, makes Salacious more than a match for most foes. And now his attention has turned to a young heroine "EMBA" , who shows an aptitude for fire he intends to steal for himself. But first to corrupt the young soul.......
