Born: Austin, Texas | 1985  

Very little is know about this hero. He was born a normal human, he has no superior intellect, and he has not obtained any special training or gadgets that have granted him powers. He was arrested in 2004 for petty larceny. After a few weeks, the inmates that had had contact with Alek began complaining of feeling sick. A few days after that, most of the inmates on his floor were dead of Radiation Poisoning.

The Texan police transferred Alek to the Ziggurat  facility in Paragon City. There he was visited by several members of the Freedom Phalanx, who helped him gain control of his unknown powers. Because of this kindness, Alek decided to help other heroes in their fight for the greater good.
