In a world without superpowers or magic, Amanda King was a typical Ren-fair collage co-ed. What at first seemed a reoccuring dream with someone asking for her help. Talking with a friend who knew lucid dreaming, Amanda agreed the next time the dream happend. Waking up in another world was not even close to what she expected, to say nothing of it being pretty much out of a comic book. On the otherside, she found a furred figure that was, apparently, her.

Tamera King, known locally as Tam Khat, had a slight issue with her rampaging healing accelerating and hastening her own death. To help her, some magic and tech set Amanda as an anchor base for Tam. The downside was that Amanda was stuck in this odd, comic book world. The upswing, the bond to Tamera pushed her own levels to just into the super human.

Tamera offered to set Amanda up, using the resorces she could get to set the dimentional stray up comfortibly. At least until she hit the street as well.
