Character Bio

This little dragon whelp was trapped in an artifact thousands of years ago. A little mischievous imp accidentally broke the artifact that had kept little Rathi. She now serves as the base protector. From time to time, she wears an amulet that transforms her into a small girl so that she can blend in and avoid mass panic from the citizens of Paragon City.
