Base self-destruct system was activated by the commander using standard protocols.
Last transmission indicated that multiple units from the dual-use programme had run amock, causing mass fatalities. Cause unknown, but external influences should not be ruled out.

All subjects are believed to have been terminated in the detonation. Owing to the device used, it is unlikely that identification of bodies will be possible. The Facility is to be considered a 100% loss.
