Character Bio

At the tender age of six, Scarlet began to exhibit powerful psychic abilities, but at a terrible cost. She suffered 'black-outs', during which a fully developed alternate personality rose to the surface, both violent and cruel.
Horrified by the realisation that their child could transform into a psychopath at a moment's notice, her parents had her put on suppressant medication, telling her only that it was to give her a 'normal life'.

The secret of her 'sister' personality died with her parents during the Rikti war.

Scarlet struggled with Rane bitterly for more than a year. In a final confrontation on the psychic plane, she chose to merge Rane's personality into herself rather than destroy her defeated 'sister', and banished the hatred that had burned in Rane's heart.
