Character Bio

Clarissa Lockheart is the middle sibling of the three magically gifted Lockheart children. Her older brother and younger sister are both respected heroes in Paragon City, but her ever so slightly disruptive nature never really suited heroism.

After leaving hime to join her father in the Rogue Isles, Cloudy became a member of the Gerise crime family, and thanks to her can-do attitude and cheerfully ruthless approach to life, was eventually named by the former Don as her successor.
